Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of an order before it has entered processing or printing. Because customized products may be prepared for production shortly after an order is received, cancellation may not be possible once printing or fulfillment has started.

After Processing or Printing Starts

Once a customized order has entered printing or fulfillment, it generally cannot be cancelled because the product is being prepared specifically for your order. Any rights available under applicable law will continue to apply.

Refund for Approved Cancellation

If cancellation is approved before processing/printing, any eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider timelines.
