Products and Pricing

We aim to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, images and prices accurately. Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Prices and offers may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted unless required by law.

Customized Products

ZARVE offers customized T-shirts where customers upload their own artwork or images. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the uploaded content. You must not knowingly upload content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark or other rights, or content that is unlawful.

Order Acceptance

An order is subject to product availability, successful payment or approved payment arrangement, and our ability to fulfill the order. We may contact you if information is incomplete or an issue affects fulfillment.

Payments

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment confirmation does not remove your responsibilities under these terms.

Shipping

Shipping charges and available delivery services depend on the destination, package details and courier availability. The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Customized products are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns. For eligible damaged or defective items, please follow the Return and Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

ZARVE's brand name, logos, website content, graphics and original designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customer-uploaded designs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when the order is placed, subject to applicable law.
